Beau Walker
President / Owner
West Ridge Construction was founded by Beau Walker, a 2001 Industrial Distribution graduate of Texas A&M University. Out of college, Beau was hired by a production builder in Austin where he worked as a Head Superintendent for five years. Beau’s practical demeanor and thirst for building knowledge led him to many awards with the company including Builder of the Year. In 2006, Beau accepted a job as Construction Manager with a custom home builder in San Antonio. His ability to relate to the homeowners, time management and organizational skills, and hard work ethic quickly afforded him the position of Vice President of Construction. A personal goal of Beau’s was to own and operate his own business, so in 2009 he established West Ridge Construction. Beau’s experience in the industry and commitment to going above and beyond reflects in each project and relationship he builds. While not pursuing his passion in the building industry, Beau enjoys spending his time coaching his sons’ T-ball team or cheering on the Aggies with his family at the game.
Allen McKinney
Operations Manager
Allen McKinney joined West Ridge Construction in December 2009. Allen is also a Texas A&M graduate, who comes to us with a strong background in the homebuilding industry. He has worked with both production and custom builders handling everything from customer relations to scheduling to on-site field management. Allen is a great asset to our company as he is organized, honest, and experienced. He is responsible for our day-to-day operations and is the driving force in keeping our trades and homeowners fully satisfied.
David Walker
Construction Manager : Commercial Division
David Walker rejoined Beau and Allen in 2010 to lead the commercial division. David also graduated from Texas A&M in 2003 where all 3 started out of college to lead an elite team for a production builder. David trained and built with Beau for 3 years before pursuing the commercial side of construction where he has been consulting since 2008 and has completed several multi-million dollar projects. Beau is excited to add David’s experience, knowledge and leadership to his new and growing commercial side of the business.
