Friedel Fireplace Remodel

Just as in this fireplace remodel, the Friedels’ Canyon Lake home presented another pier and beam foundation, so heavy stone could not be used.  West Ridge Construction removed the brick pavers from the fireplace surround knowing we would need to utilize something similar in the remodeled fireplace.  The Friedels’ research led them to cultured stone. Cultured stone is a man made product which weighs much less than natural stone.  It made a beautiful addition to their new lake house.
