Since graduating college I have always wanted to run my own business. In 2009, after working for a custom home builder, the situation presented itself to me and I started West Ridge Construction, which are my two sons’ middle names. I wanted my business to be different than other builders in that we are relationship-oriented. I enjoy the relationships with the clients, and I strive to put a smile on their faces throughout the entire process. I understand the stress of building a home and what it means to make decisions you have to live with long-term. I also realize that for most people building a home involves investing large sums of hard-earned money on this once-in-a-lifetime project, so I was motivated to create a team filled with great people with that same passion when West Ridge Construction opened its doors.

I know we have created a smooth process, with daily communication and phone apps for real-time selections and budget. But our people are our biggest strength. At the end of construction, each team member wants to make sure that hugs from customers during move-in are even tighter than those we received the day the contract was signed. That’s the reason I come to work every day.
